No popcorns and movie for me on Merdeka eve. :(

The few-times-a-year pest control service came which meant my dog had to be caged.
Out of pity we decided to put him on the mahjong table because he wouldn’t come down.

BUT
He jumped.
The little thing started limping and we were worried sick.
:(
Parents had to attend some Merdeka eve dinner at my club so I was left to babysit him for a few hours that nearly left me in tears on the phone because he looked so sick!

We quickly took him to the vet for check up this morning and thank God no bones broken.
Just mentally shocked and maybe a little muscle strain.

With that said;
Im so sorry LEONA RISHA.
Im so so sorry I couldn’t accompany and celebrate your birthday/surprise you/countdown with you.
I promise I will get a car + license for your birthday next year and drive all the way to your house next year!
Happy birthday again :)

It took me quite some time to convince mom that I do want to cut my hair short.

Right before I went to the hair saloon we went to the dentist.
While I was getting my teeth drilled and filled the dentist which is quite um close to us was telling me what long hair I have.
My mom told her I was just about to cut it after this and she (dentist) objected saying I shouldnt or it will be a waste. :(

Then we headed to the saloon where the person cutting my hair is also very close to us.
She asked me a gazillion times if I really wanted to cut my hair.
Then came her customer to witness the process and all of them looking at my hair fall away.

Well in the end I did like it and I would have liked it to be a little more shorter but my ma couldn’t stand it so haha yeah.

I like it :)
And nope I didn’t cry (question a lot of people have been asking me haha)

I definitely feel my head being lighter and I still cant get use to the short hair thing.
Like arching my head back so my hair wont get wet whilst bathing or pulling my hair back when im sleeping.
I still tend to do it naturally and realise there’s nothing left HAHA.

FYI: I NEVER had short hair in my entire 17 years of life.
Ever since my hair grew long it stayed long.


And because I know the aunty guess how much it was to cut my hair!

What I realise is a lot of us like to be ignorant.

Yesterday brother Shing Vee picked Lynette and I and brought us to DJ to eat dim sum!
Loads of people and we had to que but the food was good.
Ate a lot of prawns courtesy of Lynette.
After stuffing ourselves with good expensive food (haha) we opt to go the Starbucks at Taipan so we could hang out.
i didn’t know they had games to play at Starbucks lor!
After rounds of Uno, poker and Wiss Toy (another version of Uno stacko) I gave Shing Vee a hug because it was the last time I see him for a long long time :(

He’s off to Hong Kong by the way.

Where did time go (!?)

Darren pick me up and we had a snack at Treats before sending me home.

Driving was pretty good.
And i can actually take my exams before trials,
should i, should i not.

The most embarrassing thing was,
We were approaching the guard house when i assume the guard would press the button for the bar to go up just like how i went out.
But i think he recognises me ( -_- ) , smiled, mimic me driving and didnt press the button!
so i was in the midst of thinking if i should hold the clutch and break or just go.

Then my engine died.


Right there and then.
dam embarrassing with all those guards having me as their little joke and i think i blocked the car behind me while trying to revive my engine.

sigh sigh.

besides that,
learned how to park.

But the thought and sound of hearing my dog scratch himself scares me.

He had a very bad skin infection which we only found out yesterday.

The vet had to prescribe us with painkillers, antibiotics special shampoo and stuff.

Its common among Shih Tzu’s apparently.

The sight of his fresh wounds were crazy!
So raw and icky.

we got him socks and cute shoes that looks like winter shoes to me :D
so he wont use his legs to scratch his body.

But apparently he can take them out by his own so I have to moniter him every hour and wear them back for him everytime.
And im camping downstairs for the same purpose too.

Today we received our SPM schedule at the moment I least expected.

For me its starts on 11th Nov and ends on the 1st Dec.
Considering I have accounts paper.
For the rest of my pure science non-extra subject paper classmates/friends,
They’d be popping confetti’s by the 27th Nov. (28th for Chinese paper people)
Actually they’d be popping by the 25th because we only have EST on the 27th.

& have you ever asked/wondered/thought to yourself that on the final day of exams,
It would be the last day of school !
The last day of uniform!

I cant believe were ending high school in less than 4 months.

Out of 11 years of school.

We only have four months.

today we pricked out fingers again!
to fish out blood for Bio experiment on agglutination of blood.
I knew i was blood type A but not A-

I felt insanely fine with pricking my hand with the needle and became the pricking guru.

Okay here’s the thing,
My parents actually left for Singapore on Fri morning and since I decided not to go because I rather stay home then endure the LONG drive.
Truthfully its quite scary and im thankful to have my dog’d company.
They stayed for a night.

I was too scared to mention in previous post because I fear someone will come and rob me!
:(

I cooked and cleaned.

Also,
I managed to head out after a long time which was fun.
Of course not slinking around or sorts;
But by 9 ish I was alone again and I had to bear the night alone again.
I decided to take my dog to sleep with me upstairs too :P





List of movie’s I’ve yet to watch and want to watch in chronological order;
1) Red Cliff !!! – because I like shows like Warlords :D
2) MUMMY (!!) – I don’t love it but I never get bored of it ! Some sort of must watch childhood movie thing.
3) Sex and the City – I doubt my parents would wanna watch with me and ew I don’t wanna watch with them (!)

You know how we always want to study abroad?
Anywhere than here as long it has a higher exchange rate means its better off there than here right?
I used to think that,
Thinking – oh the places I’ll go, Australia, UK etcccc..

The thing is, im not sure anymore.
I get really homesick and miss my family.
Its something quite hard to describe until you’ve experienced it.
Although I haven’t been far - just outstation for a couple of days.
Or situations where im alone.
I mean im alright with the chores and cooking but I’ll really miss home.

Sigh the independent-ness is sinking when its just 2 hours.
Probably already outstation.

Anyways;
Took dad’s dSLR to school for some photo shooting.
And I will refrain from posting too many !

We tried to master the art of camwhoring with the clumsy dSLR and we succeeded!
